Eagle Crest is a fantastic school and I’ve loved teaching here! I’ve had the pleasure of working with kids in the third through eighth grades throughout my career. I live in the Eagle Crest neighborhood – if you see me riding my cruiser or walking the paths, please say hi! My wonderful husband and I have two children (and an entertaining dog named Saber). Both our daughter and son went to Eagle Crest and are now at Silver Creek — Elizabeth is a senior and Michael is a freshman. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, bicycling, hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, cooking and gardening. In my students I hope to inspire curiosity and creativity, kindle self-confidence, encourage gratitude, and show them that they are unique and gifted in their own ways. With enthusiasm and joy, my goal is that they become self-directed, life-long learners!
