Eagle Crest is a fantastic school and I’ve loved teaching here for the past nine years! In my 19 years of teaching, I’ve had the pleasure of working with kids in the third through eighth grades. I live in the Eagle Crest neighborhood – if you see me riding my cruiser or walking the paths, please say hi! My wonderful husband and I have two children (and an entertaining dog named Saber). Both our daughter and son went to Eagle Crest and are now at Silver Creek — Elizabeth is a senior and Michael is a freshman. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, bicycling, hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, cooking and gardening. In my students I hope to inspire curiosity and creativity, kindle self-confidence, encourage gratitude, and show them that they are unique and gifted in their own ways. With enthusiasm and joy, my goal is that they become self-directed, life-long learners!
